In this role, you will be the driving force behind our corporate social responsibility initiatives, specifically focusing on sports-related programs and team-building activities that foster employee wellness and community outreach. You will play a pivotal role in organizing events, managing club memberships, and cultivating a culture of health and solidarity across our Klang Valley operations. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate sports events and wellness programs for employees.
- Manage the internal Sports Club operations, including membership engagement and activity scheduling.
- Coordinate with local communities to implement CSR-driven sports initiatives and outreach programs.
- Maintain records of participation, budget utilization, and impact assessments for CSR activities.
- Facilitate team-building workshops to enhance employee morale and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Liaise with external vendors, sports associations, and venue partners for event logistics.
- Prepare regular reports on event outcomes and employee engagement metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, CSR initiatives, or employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region as required by project locations.
