Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs to improve acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development roles (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work in Bridgetown, Quezon City and adapt to flexible scheduling if needed
