Responsibilities
- Manage project follow-ups with clients to ensure timely communication and updates on construction progress
- Participate in the bidding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with internal teams
- Conduct market research for potential project opportunities and scout new business prospects
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and communications
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to resolve client concerns efficiently
- Prepare and present project proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout all stages of construction projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic CRM software
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
