Join Tuas Power Generation Pte Ltd as a Customer Care Officer (Sales) for our Retail Business and become the frontline ambassador of Singapore’s leading energy provider. In this 1‑year contract position based in the vibrant Orchard district, you’ll handle a variety of customer interactions across hotlines, email, and digital channels, ensuring every enquiry receives prompt, professional, and accurate assistance.

Working closely with the sales, operations, and marketing teams, you’ll support order processing, manage customer data in our CRM system, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes. Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat within agreed service levels.
  • Process orders, quotations, and contract renewals accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, tariffs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department and follow through to resolution.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education; preferably a diploma or equivalent in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales support roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
