Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing detailed information about Mercedes-Benz models and features.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and inâperson channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate test drives and vehicle handover processes, delivering a premium experience.
- Follow up on afterâsales service appointments and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and generate regular reports on engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify upsell and crossâsell opportunities.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches to boost brand visibility.
- Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz product lines, technologies, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or automotive sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fastâpaced environment.
- Passion for luxury automobiles and a good understanding of Mercedes-Benz brand values.
- Excellent problemâsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
