Cebu Landmasters, a premier real estate developer in the Visayas and Mindanao region, is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Associate - Services to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homebuyers and clients regarding after-sales payment concerns, ensuring timely collection of accounts and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with internal departments including finance, sales, and property management to resolve inquiries, process payment adjustments, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities
- Handle all customer inquiries and communications related to after-sales payment issues via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed schedules.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process payment adjustments, refunds, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on payment status, collection efficiency, and customer feedback.
- Assist customers in understanding payment terms, policies, and available payment options.
- Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with sales and property management teams to resolve escalated concerns and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or account management, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and professional approach.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
