Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer inquiries regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with local and overseas agents to ensure seamless air and sea freight movement.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively alert clients to any delays or exceptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to optimize workflow.
- Resolve client complaints or operational disputes professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update internal database systems with real-time shipment progress and billing information.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, air, or sea operations.
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, international shipping regulations, and customs procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with logistics ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced logistics hub.
- Highly organized with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
