Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product knowledge and test drive opportunities for Leapmotor vehicles.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models, features, and financing options.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Leapmotor products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Assist in showroom displays, inventory management, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with service departments for customer queries.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (automotive experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (manual and automatic).
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and ability to work on weekends/public holidays.
  • Good presentation skills and confidence in engaging with customers.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Willingness to learn about electric vehicle technology and sustainable mobility.
