Job Description

Are you an organized professional with a passion for logistics and client relations? Elitez Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Service cum Purchaser to join our team in the Central Region. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics and order tracking promptly.
  • Execute procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all records and pricing documentation are accurate.
  • Perform regular price comparisons and negotiations to secure the best value for logistics supplies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service levels meet and exceed company KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly reports on procurement activities and customer service feedback for management review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or procurement, preferably within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
