This is a 6-month contract role with a clear pathway to a full-time position for high-performing individuals.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics and order tracking promptly.
- Execute procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and issuance of purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all records and pricing documentation are accurate.
- Perform regular price comparisons and negotiations to secure the best value for logistics supplies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service levels meet and exceed company KPIs.
- Prepare weekly reports on procurement activities and customer service feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or procurement, preferably within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
