Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communications through email, phone, and internal messaging platforms.
- Coordinate logistics and transport schedules to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.

- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot logistical issues with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain accurate client records and operational logs in the company database.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure alignment on daily goals.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transport sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
