Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee order management operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with order processing systems and be comfortable working with tools such as AWS and VB-based platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order management processes from order receipt to fulfillment
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through effective communication and problem resolution
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Analyze order data and prepare reports for management review
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service management or order management roles
  • Familiarity with order processing systems (AWS, VB-based systems preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry is advantageous
