Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee order management operations and lead a high-performing team. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with order processing systems and be comfortable working with tools such as AWS and VB-based platforms.

Note: This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order management processes from order receipt to fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through effective communication and problem resolution
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Analyze order data and prepare reports for management review
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service management or order management roles
- Familiarity with order processing systems (AWS, VB-based systems preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
