Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and shoppers with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide information about mall facilities, stores, services, and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concierge and reception areas
- Coordinate with mall management and security for special events and emergencies
- Process visitor passes and maintain visitor logs accurately
- Support promotional activities and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with retail staff to ensure seamless shopping experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent education
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents preferred
