Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person, providing timely and accurate responses
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all details are correctly captured in the system
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and sales teams to meet customer delivery schedules and requirements
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to management when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and order documentation in CRM and ERP systems
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction
- Support the team in generating reports and identifying areas for service improvement
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or business administration is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or order processing role, preferably in manufacturing, logistics or chemical industry
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player who can collaborate effectively across departments
