Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding banking products (accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments).
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints empathetically and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to financial industry regulations, compliance standards, and data privacy policies.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least a High School (K-12) graduate; College graduates are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience is an advantage (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Willing to work full-time, onsite in Makati City.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer and typing skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
