Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to customers.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and empathetic service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics including productivity and quality scores.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve workflow and service standards.
Qualifications
- Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduates.
- No prior BPO experience is required; we provide full training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City.
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules including night shifts or holidays.
