Responsibilities

  • Greet and warmly welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying patient details and collecting payments accurately.
  • Schedule patient appointments via phone and in-person, coordinating effectively with medical consultants.
  • Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments or staff members promptly.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the electronic health record system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing medical documents for consultations.
  • Provide general information about the clinic's services and address patient concerns with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or GCE 'O'/'A' Levels qualification; relevant experience in a customer service or medical reception role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with hospital management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable for this role.
  • Valid Singapore Work Pass (Singaporean/PR/Malaysian citizens preferred).
