We are currently looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate (Medical Allied Graduate) to join our team at our PCC BGC branch. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, ensuring they receive the support they need regarding their health plans, claims, and medical services. Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in the processing of member claims and documentation to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with medical providers and network hospitals to facilitate referrals and admissions.
  • Update and maintain accurate member records in the CRM system.
  • Provide guidance on healthcare plans, coverage benefits, and network facilities.
  • Collaborate with the claims and underwriting teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct member education sessions on available health programs and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Radiologic Technology).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required for fresh graduates.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Has a genuine passion for helping people and understanding healthcare needs.
  • Willing to be assigned in Taguig City (BGC).
