PERSOL is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this contract role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the secure design, implementation, and ongoing operations of Salesforce solutions, aligning with organisational security policies and industry best practices. As the SME, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with architecture, development, and operations teams to integrate security into every phase of the Salesforce lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of security architectures for Salesforce environments.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines specific to Salesforce.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and data protection.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents affecting Salesforce applications.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance with regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.
- Perform regular security audits and recommend improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on Salesforce security best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Security Certification) preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and encryption.
- Experience with security tools (e.g., VAPT, SIEM, SAST) in a Salesforce context.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contract environment.
