Tribute Technology is seeking a talented Data Analyst with a focus on SaaS to join our global Data Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Data Science, you will partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive product improvement and customer success. In this role, you will leverage SQL, Python, and modern BI tools to build robust data pipelines, develop predictive models, and create visualizations that communicate trends and performance metrics. Your analytical expertise will help shape product roadmaps, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance user engagement across our SaaS offerings. Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for product optimization.
- Build predictive models to forecast user behavior, churn, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to define KPIs and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise visualizations and storytelling.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with company policies.
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and/or machine learning.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data processing and modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex insights to nonâtechnical audiences.
- Detailâoriented with a proven track record of delivering highâquality work on schedule.
