Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources (operational, financial, and clinical) to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators and trends for senior leadership.
- Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance teams to inform planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data governance to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to drive strategic decisions.
- Present insights clearly to non-technical audiences, tailoring messaging to stakeholders across functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Health Informatics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis within healthcare or government healthcare settings.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to manipulate large datasets.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience creating executive-ready presentations and storytelling with data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
