Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise-wide data architecture, models, and systems.
- Define and implement data architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data compliance and quality across all business units.
- Support and lead data governance initiatives to improve data accessibility and integrity.
- Evaluate and recommend modern data management technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data performance to meet enterprise requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data architecture or senior data engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, PowerDesigner).
- Deep understanding of Cloud Data Warehousing (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery).
- Experience with data governance frameworks, MDM, and data lineage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
- Experience in an Agile development environment is highly preferred.
