Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for data center services, including colocation, cloud interconnect, and managed hosting.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop new product features and enhancements from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage product life cycles, including pricing, positioning, and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product performance, reliability, and security meet industry standards.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams with product training, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Monitor industry trends (e.g., edge computing, AI, sustainability) and integrate relevant technologies into the product portfolio.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within data center, cloud, or telecommunications environments.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful data center products or services.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including networking, storage, virtualization, and security.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) is a plus.
