Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define analytical objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Execute complex data mining and ETL processes to prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis.
- Interpret and communicate data insights through advanced visualization techniques and executive-level reporting.
- Monitor and optimize model performance through rigorous validation, A/B testing, and continuous feedback loops.
- Maintain and improve existing data frameworks to ensure scalability and data integrity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, preferably within the ICT or consulting sector.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and libraries like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
