Responsibilities
- Design and implement data integration pipelines from diverse sources including both structured and unstructured data.
- Develop advanced analytics and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Deploy and maintain data science models into production environments.
- Optimize data processing and storage solutions for efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role applying machine learning and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modelling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
