Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture business conversations with prospective and existing B2B clients
- Understand client needs through active listening and strategic questioning techniques
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities that meet defined criteria and targets
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with business customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client management, or business development roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work in day shift schedule at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
