Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for inbound customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to gather customer requirements and translate them into solution concepts.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofâofâconcept sessions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain upâtoâdate knowledge of product portfolios, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that support the sales cycle.
- Provide postâdemo feedback and followâup to nurture leads and facilitate smooth handover to implementation teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preâsales, technical account management, or a customerâfacing technical role.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud services, or enterprise software solutions (depending on the product line).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nonâtechnical audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Demonstrated problemâsolving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying customer pain points.
