Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for inbound customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to gather customer requirements and translate them into solution concepts.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product portfolios, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that support the sales cycle.

Qualifications
