Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new business development prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and industry experts
- Prepare detailed investment memos and financial models to support deal evaluation
- Collaborate with senior team members to structure and negotiate transactions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or financial services
