You will be the key link between Cepat Kredit Financing and our network of dealers and brokers, developing strategies to strengthen partnerships, onboard new channel partners, and maximize revenue opportunities. Your expertise in relationship management, market analysis, and sales enablement will be critical in driving mutual success. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and brokers to ensure high partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to boost productivity.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers and brokers to expand the company's distribution network.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design channel-specific campaigns and product promotions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for partner staff on product features, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for management review.
- Resolve partner escalations and operational issues promptly to maintain smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in dealer/broker relationship management, preferably within financial services, banking, or auto financing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Knowledge of automotive financing, lending products, and regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Willing and able to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas as needed.
