In this position, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day partner engagement, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified referrals and supporting the achievement of overall sales targets. You will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to develop joint initiatives, conduct training sessions, and implement incentive programs that motivate partners to promote our financing solutions.
Key duties include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, brokers, and other strategic partners to increase referral volume and brand visibility.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize referral conversion rates.
- Organize regular partner meetings, workshops, and events to share product updates and reinforce partnership value.
- Create and distribute marketing collateral, newsletters, and promotional offers that align with partner needs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve partner issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the dealer and broker landscape.
- Prepare periodic reports on partner acquisition, retention, and revenue impact for senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in partner or dealer relations, sales, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Filipino is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Knowledge of insurance and financing products is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
