Ideals Recruitment is looking for a motivated and safety‑conscious Delivery Driver to become a key part of our logistics team in Yishun, North Region. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for the timely, islandwide delivery of a wide range of goods to both residential and commercial customers, ensuring every package arrives in perfect condition.
Your primary duties will include planning efficient routes, operating company vehicles, and using GPS and navigation tools to optimise delivery schedules. You will perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, maintain the cleanliness of the truck, and promptly report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies is paramount, as is providing exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with recipients and handling any delivery‑related inquiries politely.
The role also involves maintaining accurate delivery records, collecting proof of delivery, and assisting with the loading and unloading of items when necessary. You will work closely with the dispatch and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth operations throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Valid Singapore driving licence (Class 3/3A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience, preferably in delivery or logistics.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Good time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting items up to 20 kg.
- Customer‑focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
