As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities across Singapore.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 10ft lorry to deliver medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals to designated healthcare facilities in the Central Region and beyond.
- Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimising fuel consumption.
- Load and unload cargo with care, verifying quantities against delivery orders and obtaining signatures upon delivery.
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and incident reports in accordance with company policies.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to healthcare staff, answering questions and resolving minor delivery discrepancies.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols to ensure the security of sensitive medical cargo.
- Assist with warehouse duties, such as sorting, packing, and inventory checks, when not on delivery runs.
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record (no major traffic offences in the past 2 years).
- At least 1 year of experience driving a lorry or similar commercial vehicle, preferably in logistics or medical supply delivery.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 25 kg) repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to read delivery orders and use a GPS/navigation app.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or public holidays when required for urgent deliveries.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and medical screening as part of the hiring process.
