We are a reputable private advertiser seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious driver to manage timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. You will be the face of our company on the road, ensuring goods reach their destinations in excellent condition while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of ₱19,000 to ₱20,000, plus opportunities for performance incentives. You’ll work with a supportive team, receive clear delivery schedules, and have access to well-maintained vehicles. Responsibilities
- Execute daily delivery routes in and around Calamba City, Laguna, ensuring packages and goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.
- Load and unload cargo safely, verifying quantities against delivery manifests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service during drop-offs, including obtaining signatures and handling any inquiries.
- Report any delivery delays, damages, or vehicle issues to the dispatch supervisor immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws, company safety policies, and route instructions.
- Assist with warehouse tasks when not on the road, such as sorting packages or preparing orders.
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction 1,2,3 preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery driver, courier, or similar role.
- Familiarity with Calamba City, Laguna, and nearby routes is an advantage.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- No prior major traffic violations or criminal record.
