Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations on time.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while adjusting to traffic or weather conditions as needed.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify delivery items against invoices or order sheets before each trip.
- Collect payments or signatures upon delivery and provide excellent customer service.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle problems to the dispatch team immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver's license (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3) and clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Metro Manila routes, especially Taguig and surrounding areas.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg of cargo repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
