The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be at the heart of our logistics chain. Your primary responsibility is the safe and timely transportation of heavy F&B goodsâincluding fresh and frozen marine productsâfrom our warehouse to various customer locations across Singapore. This role blends the independence of the road with the physical demands of loading and unloading, ensuring every shift is dynamic and engaging.

Responsibilities
- Operate Class 3 or Class 4 vehicles safely and professionally to deliver heavy F&B goods (marine products, dry goods, etc.) to diverse client locations across Singapore.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the truck is roadworthy, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Efficiently load and unload goods at the warehouse and delivery points, handling items weighing up to 20â25 kg using proper lifting techniques and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
- Verify delivery quantities, check for damages, and obtain accurate signatures and paperwork from customers to ensure complete delivery records.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency, strictly adhering to delivery schedules and time windows.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, professionally addressing client queries or concerns regarding their orders.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene during transport and delivery, complying with all SFA regulations and company policies.
- Report any vehicle issues, traffic incidents, or delivery discrepancies to the logistics supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license is mandatory (Class 4 preferred due to vehicle size).
- Clean driving record with minimal demerit points and no major traffic offenses.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the day.
- Minimum 1â2 years of proven experience in a similar delivery driver role, preferably within the F&B, logistics, or wholesale distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and delivery zones, particularly the Central Region.
- Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English (ability to speak Mandarin or dialects is an advantage for communicating with diverse clients).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by operational needs.
