Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Helper with at least two years of experience to join our logistics team in San Antonio, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the timely and safe delivery of goods, supporting warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
As a Delivery Helper, you will work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure that shipments are loaded, unloaded, and transported efficiently. You will also help maintain accurate delivery records, perform basic vehicle checks, and assist with route planning to optimize delivery schedules. Responsibilities
- Assist drivers in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Ensure all items are securely packed and documented before transit.
- Help navigate routes and provide real-time support during deliveries.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update dispatch systems.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers upon delivery.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Support warehouse activities such as sorting, labeling, and inventory checks when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a delivery, warehouse, or logistics role.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (non-professional or professional).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy packages (up to 25kg).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of route navigation and GPS applications.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics is advantageous.
