As a key support to our delivery drivers, you will ensure that goods are loaded, transported, and unloaded efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Your primary role will be to assist in the end-to-end delivery process: from checking inventory against delivery orders, carefully handling merchandise, to coordinating with clients upon arrival. We value punctuality, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward service. In this hands-on position, you'll work closely with the logistics team to meet daily delivery targets and uphold our reputation for reliability.

Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Verify shipment quantities and quality against delivery documents before and after transit.
- Support the driver with route navigation and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Communicate courteously with customers, addressing basic inquiries and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and warehouse loading areas.
- Report any damages, shortages, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Comply with all safety protocols and company policies during loading, transit, and unloading.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate or equivalent (vocational or college education is an advantage).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for counting goods and completing delivery forms.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Residency in or near Bacolod City for convenient commute.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery services is a plus but not mandatory.
