You will maintain master data, review supply constraints, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time material availability. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain monthly/rolling demand forecasts for assigned categories, using historical data and market insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align demand with supply plans and S&OP processes.
- Analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and implement improvements to reduce forecast error and stockouts.
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment to optimize service levels and working capital.
- Maintain master data including item attributes, BOMs, lead times, and supplier information in the ERP system.
- Prepare operational dashboards and reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely material availability and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with S&OP processes and inventory optimization; ability to develop accurate rolling forecasts.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; fluent in English; able to present complex data clearly.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SQL or scripting and familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
