Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the entire lifecycle of dental cases, ensuring quality control and adherence to digital workflows.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to the coordination team to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical partners and lab technicians to resolve queries and address technical concerns.
- Monitor production timelines and manage case prioritization to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Analyze case documentation for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case management.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and case processing metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dental clinic, dental laboratory, or relevant medical healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and restorative case planning.
- Proficiency in digital dental software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
