Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for end-users regarding Windows 365 cloud environments and physical hardware.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot OS issues, software conflicts, and network connectivity problems promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform timely hardware repairs, upgrades, and system reimaging as per company standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support tickets and resolution steps in the IT service management system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex infrastructure escalations.
- Ensure security compliance and software updates are deployed across all end-user workstations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT service operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Windows 365 cloud-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and configuration (PCs, laptops, printers).
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or ITIL Foundation are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
