Responsibilities

  • Perform hemodialysis procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, fluid status, and laboratory results during treatment.
  • Assess patient responses to dialysis and intervene promptly for any complications.
  • Provide patient and family education on dialysis care, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain strict infection control practices and ensure equipment safety and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Accurately enter patient data into electronic medical records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis or acute care setting.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
