Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain global HR Information Systems (HRIS) ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Provide tier-2 technical support to global employees regarding HR platform navigation and self-service tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute system upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end user access rights, permissions, and security protocols in compliance with global data privacy standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training manuals.
- Perform regular data audits and generate analytical reports for HR leadership to support talent strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing digital solutions to streamline HR workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management or Digital HR operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data visualization).
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and providing remote support to international teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and data confidentiality.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project timelines.
