Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and digital platforms to drive conversions.
- Conduct professional consultations to advise learners on the best programs suited to their career aspirations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to enrollment and onboarding.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and hit monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Provide insightful feedback on lead quality and market trends to the management team.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent practical sales experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales, or tele-sales environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and digital channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Driven, self-motivated personality with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment.
