Responsibilities
- Review and verify corporate documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Manage and process account structure changes documentation efficiently
- Conduct thorough examinations of certificates of incumbency and related legal instruments
- Maintain organized documentation systems with robust version control
- Collaborate with relationship managers to resolve documentation discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
- Prepare compliance reports for internal audit and regulatory reviews
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate documentation review processes
