Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to customers and partner warehouses in a timely manner.
- Plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups.
- Load, secure, and unload goods while minimizing damage and ensuring accuracy of shipments.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and report any issues to the fleet team.
- Maintain detailed delivery logs, fuel usage, and vehicle mileage for accurate reporting.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch for scheduling changes and problem-solving on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service during handovers and establish professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a delivery or distribution role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local roads in Singapore, good navigation skills, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry packages, with physical stamina for daily driving duties.
