Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and discreet transportation for senior executives and VIP guests to meetings, events, and personal appointments.
- Plan optimal routes to avoid traffic delays, ensuring punctuality at all times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with executive assistants to adjust schedules and respond to last-minute changes.
- Handle basic administrative support duties such as running errands, filing documents, or assisting with office logistics when not driving.
- Maintain the vehicle’s interior and exterior in showroom condition; schedule regular servicing and repairs.
- Ensure complete confidentiality regarding executive itineraries, conversations, and company matters.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2, 3) with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal, executive, or VIP driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (checking fluids, tire pressure, etc.).
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends, overtime, or extended hours as needed.
- Physically fit and able to assist with luggage or packages when required.
