Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of shipments while adhering to schedules.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients and internal teams.
- Keep vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or transport.
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg) when required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good communication skills and basic proficiency in English or Malay.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as needed.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
