Access Pte Ltd is hiring a proactive and discreet Employee Relations Officer to join our People & Culture team in Makati City. You will partner with managers, HR colleagues, and employees to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensure policy compliance, and support a positive organizational culture.

In this role, you will handle confidential investigations, advise on policy interpretation, and collaborate with HR business partners to implement engagement initiatives and process improvements. You will maintain accurate employee records, generate HR metrics, and stay current with Philippine labor laws to protect both staff and the company. The successful candidate will combine strong communication skills with discretion, empathy, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities include addressing grievances, conducting fair investigations, advising on disciplinary actions, and contributing to policy development and training programs. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, helping to resolve conflicts swiftly while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy. Responsibilities

  • Address employee relations issues, conduct timely and fair investigations, and document findings.
  • Advise managers on policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and performance-related concerns with confidentiality.
  • Coordinate discreet investigations into workplace conflicts, misconduct, or harassment claims and prepare objective reports.
  • Assist in policy administration, updates, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate records.
  • Maintain confidential employee relations records and HR metrics; prepare reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to design and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellbeing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role; solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities with a calm, professional approach to conflicts.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; strong data privacy and accuracy mindset.
