Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and feedback sessions to measure satisfaction and identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and implement solutions
- Design and facilitate recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives
- Analyze engagement metrics and prepare actionable reports for leadership teams
- Spearhead internal communication campaigns to enhance transparency and company culture
- Support HR projects including onboarding optimization and talent retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations, engagement, or HR operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS platforms and data interpretation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and HR best practices in the Philippines
- Proven track record of designing and implementing engagement programs
- Certification in HR or Employee Engagement (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPHR) preferred
