Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Sabah territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for Komatsu, Bomag, and LS machinery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
- Prepare competitive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Provide expert technical advice regarding machinery specifications and applications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure Komatsu maintains its market-leading position.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and provide outstanding after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in industrial or heavy equipment sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
