Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and heavy machinery sectors in the Sabah region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the technical advantages of Komatsu, Bomag, and LS equipment.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and customized proposals.
  • Negotiate sales terms and finalize contracts to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service department to ensure equipment uptime.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in heavy equipment sales or technical sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
